What do you like best about GanttPRO?

What I like best about GanttPRO is its accessibility, ease of use, and clean user interface. This application allows me to complete my classwork with clarity and zero issues. I am able to easily log into the application, save and create multiple projects, and export my projects locally as needed. GanttPRO’s interface is easy to understand with tips and hints for diagram creation. The intuitive system makes it easy to move between tasks and review my entries. GanttPRO makes it easy for students to collaborate on project assignments and review deadlines for meetings and deliverables. GanttPRO also offers payment tiers that compact user needs for simpler decision making.

I really enjoyed using GanttPRO as it was simple and easy. There were helpful video tutorials for me to follow in case I struggled with anything; however, I didn’t even need to use them. I was making a Gantt Chart, and I loved how customizable all the options were regarding colors and which sections to display! I also liked the status feature, so I could easily view which topics were being worked on or not. Another thing I noticed was the board feature which displays all the tasks on a board, similar to Jira or Trello. I found that super helpful.

Everything is incredibly intuitive and simplified. I’ve never made a proper Gantt chart before now, but using GanttPRO makes me feel like a pro.

The trial period is also great as you get 14 days of free usage without having to enter any card details beforehand, it is immediate from when you create an account.

My experience with GanttPro’s customer support has also been excellent, with them responding to my emails very quickly, being very friendly, and helping exactly as I hoped they would.

What do you dislike about GanttPRO?

From my experience so far, I haven’t found anything to dislike about this tool.

I wish the amount of work could be better calculated in each case. For example, my workload is based on the international ECTS framework; here I would like to enter the respective effort in the overall task and distribute the hours over the individual tasks

I didn’t really dislike anything about GanttPRO. The only comment I would make is to have the option to add team members’ names without having to invite them to collaborate on the chart.

GanttPRO should free to all students without incident. Providing a student ID number should qualify users for free access, not necessarily for a year but at least a semester.

What problems is GanttPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don’t have any software for opening .mpp files from my project management class, so GanttPRO is solving that problem by being able to open such files.

GanttPRO is helping me lay out all the tasks that I need to be completed for my project, and it is making my life easier so that everything is displayed in a clear format.

I need to create a Gantt chart for a big Uni project and GanttPRO is saving me loads of time rather than using any of the alternatives I was looking at, while making it look more professional at the same time.

Ganttpro helps me to better plan and pestimate and plan the time I spend on my assignments and exams.
