What is RoboHead?
What do you like best?
Chat with Robohead feature has solved many of our questions and challenges quickly
The customer support for Robohead has been great. Our team has been underutilizing Robohead for several years. The help I’ve gotten from Kathy has really taken our team to a better place.
I think RH is great for customization and I imagine that it is great for all industries. It is an incredibly helpful tool for our creative team.
I like that robohead provides reports about your projects and your users. It is easy to keep track of all the projects you have going on.
What do you dislike?
The least helpful thing about Robohead is that it does not allow you to copy and paste users for different fields.
There is a hard learning curve with RoboHead especially for new users that are not PMs. It takes some time to get used to.
It would be great for Account Admins to see a more granular level of RH, like All Tasks. You can’t move tasks & reviews around as well as you should. It would be amazing to have dashboards within RH. Right now, I download the Reports and then make dashboards within MS Excel. It works but is very manual. The lack of good filtering function at the Campaign level is frustrating, considering it is available on every other tab
Not being able to turn on and off the types of emails Contacts receive from Robohead, Many of our reviewers (contacts) complain endlessly about the number of emails they are receiving from Robohead. Some of them have even setup email filters that send all RH emails to trash – obviously resulting in them not getting review notifications and missing review deadlines. We have projects that have multiple three stage reviews in a very short turn time and I have seen some people’s inboxes that are literally 3 pages of Robohead notifications and reminders, so I understand their frustration.
the other dislike we’s run across a few times is not being able to @mention a user or contact who is not a member of the team on a given project. I understand we can go in and add the person as a reviewer and THEN we can @mention them, but most often we just have on question, or need them to see one small part or respond to somone elses comment on a review, but we dont need or want them to be on every round of of the review throuhgout the process- especially given the number of emails they will end up receiving
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all comments, requests on any given project together in one place, easily retreivable
The last couple of releases have created more user problems than solutions. Seems like the company is throwing spaghetti at the walls to see what sticks instead of fixing User experience issues.
RoboHead is making sending suggestions a lot easier. They are also expanding the areas in which we can create reviews such as video, podcasts, printed artwork
Robohead is currently trying to solve a problem with our forms which helps us because it allows our projects to be submitted correctly.
