What is Favro?

Favro is the world’s most agile, cloud-based planning and collaboration platform, where teams of any size can organize themselves around what to do and how to do it. Favro is specifically designed for team autonomy and organizational alignment. Favro collaborative planning gives you a new, next-level category of tools for the management of your company.
Favro is a project management and collaboration tool with which developers, marketers and executives can plan, track and evolve ideas. Designed to suit the size and needs of any project, Favro allows users to add features and integrations as they need them. Favro offers team boards, scalable backlogs and aggregated reports alongside built-in Kanban and SCRUM support.
Projects are broken down into different tasks using Favro’s breakdown feature, which allows each task to be monitored individually. The solution has a planning board in which employees can list their tasks and update other team members about task status. The planning board helps users see which projects are being planned versus being executed.

Favro’s cloud-hosted services are ISO certified and teams can opt into both two-factor authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) services from Google and Github. The solution is integrated with Google Drive and Dropbox to allow files to get attached to the planning board.

What do you like best?

I had a problem organizing my tasks and sometimes forgetting some of them, so having them in one place is a great solution

also, I get notified if the bug is reponed, also seeing my performance and compare it to other teammates

It’s straightforward and friendly to use and for Kanban methodology, I could say it’s one of the best tools for this

Also, it’s organized in a good way and you can navigate anything in a short time if it’s your first time using it

Left Pane & Right Pane, there are perfect for keeping lots of board in one screen

What do you dislike?

First thing there’s no dark mode, come on we are in 2022 and every platform now has a dark mode, especially for people like me who like to work at night

No emoji I know this’s a tool for work but we use emoji, especially with mention other team members 🙂

If someone updates the description on a card, I do not receive a notification, and I get a message when any card to back to recommend column, not just my assigned cards

Time and task Management

my performance is multiplied as I save so much time organizing tasks and knowing the priority also the upcoming releases and knows which tasks i have

Easy creation for cards especially bug cards and how I was able to create my own bug card’s cycle and how can navigate between the left & right panes, which helped me creating the bug backlog on the left pane and our bug & verification boards on the right pane

  • “The mobile application seems a little uneasy to use, they should work on the mobile platform more for this product.”
  • “This is the worst feeling that you can offer to someone: lock someones data and answer the day after, well, I’m still waiting it.”
  • “This is downright predatory. With no clear option to reduce and no automatic downgrade, I was charged 60 bucks more than what I should be charged.”
