There are a few little feature gaps that I’ve found to be frustrating. The Checklist Project Methodology is relatively new but lacks a bit of functionality. I think they are developing quite rapidly on the product, though, so I’m sure the features for Checklists will increase over time. I would like to be able to use the tabs for Cloud Coach in a Console-style Salesforce app, but it doesn’t work very well, so I find I’m not as efficient when I have to use multiple Chrome tabs instead.

It’s not negative, but there’s so much functionality available to deploy; it’s difficult to implement everything right out of the gate. Thankfully, the Cloud Coach team provides a consultative approach upon deployment to ensure clients address immediate needs and help plan future roll-outs of enhanced features when the time is right.

There is a little bit of learning curve associated with leveraging the platform but once you complete some modules, those hurdles are left behind.

To be honest, there was nothing that I could tell regarding this topic. They would reply so fast to our request and did not leave any space for mistakes! There is nothing that we disliked.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cloud Coach provides better methods and features for project management, for example, the Gantt chart. Not only that but also many other features that I still have to learn more about.

Cloud Coach has provided a single solution to track and manage projects for two primary divisions within our organization. The solution allows us to report project metrics across divisions and uniquely manage project tasks to best fit each team’s needs.

Moving us out of spreadsheets and getting all the data within Salesforce for our projects.

Project planning, Resource Planning and Time management

Better control over the data, linking project tasks to Cases and ensuring everyone has access and visibility to the projects they need to keep track of.

Overall: The product was easy to install and configure. The UI is very intuitive and there was a low barrier to entry from our team of professional services implementation engineers to use it. Getting their buy in was critical and it is much easier than the system they used before.

Pros: Our ability to track time across a portfolio of projects and report on the time has gotten a whole lot easier. I used to spend time pulling data from different resources into spreadsheets for reporting. It was a manual process that took too much time and was fraught with potential for errors. Cloud Coach has simplified my daily work dramatically, allowing me to spend more time on streamlining other processes and services.

Cons: The External Project View is really powerful. Just would like the ability to share documents with customer through this section.
