What do you like best?
The automated risk scoring and critical path engines. The ability to get a look at all assigned projects and their respective risks will be invaluable as the business project list grows. The critical path engines give the ability to easily manage various dependencies to accurately depict the flow of the project.
The customer service and technical support is outstanding. From the first phone call to the current monthly support, the experience has been exceptional!
There may be tools that combine project management and psa, but not like this. We needed a tool that would help our consultant be better at project management first and foremost. Moovila’s Carmen (AI) helps not only identify issues with their plans but helps them take proper action earlier. Then combine that with the integration with calendars, capacity analysis and resource management and we have a revolutionary change within our organization.
Moovila is easy and fun to use. As a Client Manager I have to manage multiple projects for multiple clients. Moovila has helped me be very efficient and implement projects successfully. I’m so glad my employer decided to give us Moovila as a tool.
What do you dislike?
In my field (benefits administration) there are so many moving parts and details. It takes some time to effectively build out projects in Moovila. Once it’s built you have the flexibility to make changes, provide your team with tools to manage their day/tasks and focus on completing the project.
I have nothing bad to say about this product. The most difficult thing for me has been continuing to work through the internal merging of two systems into one, but it’s worth the effort!
There is nothing I dislike as I know the team is always working on improving the software. Therefore I know that my “dislikes” of today will be irrelevant soon!
The report out feature is limited currently to either a snippet or jpeg file. It would be beneficial for executive level who aren’t regularly logging into software to be able to print out to a PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moovila gives us the ability to manage projects and individual tasks to ensure on time completion. It gives us an accurate look at current state of the projects holistically as well. It’s really helped us to get more organized in our project tasks. The deployment has also went incredibly smooth. The software is relatively intuitive as well. The experience has went very well.
Moovila offers me/us to have both operational tasks and project tasks on the same platform. It is not only a PM software it is also a workflow and personal tasks management system. All in one spot!
Our PMs were struggling with project plans in smartsheet. Carmen & the dependency functionality has really helped them see problems, take actions and see downstream effects clearly.
Moovila helps me and my team manage our day and workload. It gives us an insight into bandwidth and any due date/roadblock issues.
