We needed the ability to track all of our onboarding for both internal purposes and to make onboarding even more transparent to our clients. Rocketlane was easy to set up, everyone we interacted with from the Rocketlane team was pleasant and helpful, and we are very impressed with the feature set available. This product is an incredible value for the price too. Everyone I’ve met on the Rocketlane team has been wonderful to work with and quick to help.

The best part is that the tool helps streamline multiple phases involved in the projects and their related tasks and sub-tasks. Seamless integrations that are made ready, like Salesforce and Slack, and you watch out for real-time notifications that create strong visibility. A shared platform where you can add team members and customers who are given a magic link to access, thereby promoting a birds-eye view of E2E.

What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

Nothing to dislike about the software/tools. Holds a strong base, and I still expect the product to release more features that enable ease of use on the go and have a hands-on.

The status update section should be modified. Sometimes feels sending trackers to the client via email is more effortless.

There are a few integrations we were interested in that aren’t quite there yet BUT Rocketlane is already working on those so we are not at all concerned. Other than that, we haven’t found anything we dislike or find lacking so far. Anything we were unclear on they were more than willing to discuss with us to make sure we got the help we needed and were open to our feedback.

Improvements needed: –

1. System lags a lot, we need to open multiple screens to work.

2. Multiple sub-screens are getting opened to update a single piece of information.

3. Needs a separate chat window for the messages sent by the customer. It becomes challenging for us to search the chat between the task notifications.

4. In the project dashboard screen, after opening the project and completing the task, if we come back, the page doesn’t remain the same, and again, we need to search for the project name; this takes more time.

5. The chat screen needs to improve, as the real-time update takes more time to load the chat.

6. Rocketlane mobile app is required for ease of use.

7. For updating the time for the task, it loads one time and suddenly disappears again. We need to select the timer again; it consumes a lot of time.

What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned, we have come out of manual work and started using the tool, easing our concerns.

It’s streamlining our Onboarding process big time!! It lets us create projects/tasks and helps all the stakeholders keep track of progress. The beauty of this is that you can assign tasks to the respective person responsible for taking them to completion.
