Bitrix24 is one of the best CRM software which provides a platform to organize and track interaction with potential or existing clients, partners, agents and other contacts. What do you like best?
Best thing in Bitrix24 is that it’s CRM features like tasks, projects and pipelines. It helps in keeping track of the roles assigned to project participants. We can also categorise members based on their functions. It helps in defining the ability to effectively manage workflows and structure projects, as well as the excellent scheduling capability.
It is a functional tool in every way as it allows complete and secure online communication, even remotely, increasing work flow. This tool works with systems adapted to professional requirements, trying to fully cover all requirements from the collection of opinions of the work team such as the monitoring of financial processes or trade, everything can be done on this platform in a simple and professional way
Back in 2014 when I was looking for an all-in-one solution that offered calendar import and export between different platforms such as Apple iCal, Outlook and Gmail, That’s when I first came across Bitrix 24 because it was the only platform offering it. I was impressed to see that apart of the calendar feature, bitrix 24 offered a wide variety of other useful features and services as well.
We decided to integrate Bitrix24 to improve the deficiency in MS Teams for Sprints. Bitrix24 makes life for all teams easier because it gives us access to many great features that Bitrix24 provides, including Kanban Boards for helping people managing projects and tasks.
We are using it for our Kanban Boards, Marketing Intelligence, Mailing Campaigns, Donor Deal Management, and also CRM.
What do you dislike?
I would recommend joining up and start becoming familiar, particularly with the Kanban board structure (Projects and Tasks) in Bitrix24, and start exploring it before doing any integration, so you can decide if it is a good fit for you or not. If you are looking for something less complex, maybe you should look for an alternative.
I won’t say that I dislike anything about Bitrix 24 because it’ll be a lie, I would rather say that the Documentation even though it is pretty detailed could be still improved further.
So far there is nothing that I consider negative, it is quite complete and easy to integrate into business. It is an understandable tool also with functionalities that can be adapted to the type of company in which you work
All the features are good but sometimes it got stuck and redirects to login page.
And there are few or less features which we can use in app in comparison of website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integration of Bitrix24 forms and live chat is the best thing which I use on daily basis.Helps in setting up lead funnels and deals to keep track of which clients we’re onboarding and which we’re currently pitching.
It has feature like attendance and tasks excuse to complete the assigned work due to cloud-based application helps the programmer from any device with an Internet connection.
The User interface has many other options also
The most significant thing about this tool is its ability to adapt to the requirements of today’s users, because it offers us the possibility of communicating either by chats, conferences or even calls, allowing us to record each process carried out to be able to see as a team what processes we carry out and which are to be finalized, without leaving aside any member of the team
Our biggest challenge was calendar synchronization. Bitrix 24 has solved this one big problem for us. Because the calendar is crucial to any business. Without a working solution, it is very hard to keep track of meetings and other schedules.
