Planview AgilePlace is an affordable and comprehensive solution for looking after daily operational deliverables within the available resources and budgets. The pre-built templates for IT operations boards are exceptional to start immediately to set up planning and allocate resources accordingly. The support provided by Planview teams is also effective and quick for the resolution of any issues faced during implementations.

What do you dislike?
Plainview AgilePlace is a convenient tool for managing and controlling critical project activities and works fine for the desired purposes without any major issues.’
The only issue I face using AgilePlace is during budget management. The currency conversion feature doesn’t work as per the current market rates, and we have to configure it manually.
The integration and generating tokens of existing APIs with AgilePlace was a little bit difficult at the start, but it was well-taken care of by the support team to get a timely solution.
Planview AgilePlace covers most of the management and performs well in showing the project progress. The only feature I would like to be considered for some improvement is the drag-and-drop feature for multiple data sources, as it doesn’t work correctly at times, and we have to go for manual uploading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planview AgilePlace is a worthy addition to our management software, and we are using it to engage multiple teams on one dashboard for cumulative project development and management. It has helped our management teams to minimize resource wastage and increase the productivity of the teams working on assigned projects. The management dashboard has been a very effective tool for us to plan and execute the projects as per our KPIs and within the limitations of approved time and budgets.
Planview AgilePlace solved our department’s operational planning and process maintenance management issues and significantly simplified our job. We are using it to apply change management at the team level and incident reporting and troubleshooting management on a real-time basis for quick recoveries. Planview AgilePlace is beneficial in minimizing time, resources and costs consumed for IT operations and deliverables at departmental and organizational levels.
